You are sure ti get the admission with such great performance , you don't need to worry even a little about it. First of all appear in the entrance exam and try your best and try to achive the marks so that you can get fee seat . Paid seat are also alloted on the basis of your marks and you will be notified regarding the seat you can have before the counscelling schedule and as like

Fee seat in main campus

paid seat in main campus

Fee seat in MMV

Paid seat in MMV

and so so……..

and in counscelling you will be confirmed regarding whether you are having Paid Seat or Fee seat.

As far as the admission in the BHU is concerned, you can be pretty much assured of getting through with the 91 rank in general category in BHU PET, although it also depends on the course you have applied in. So, as far as main campus is concerned, yes you do have great chance of getting the main campus, wait for the university to release cut off that may happen anytime soon. hTe total seats in all the courses in the mass communication department of the BHU is around 70-80. So, with 296 general rank, your friend is not likely to get Admission in the Univesity. However, she should not lose hope, as the cut off changes every year, and you never know,hope for the best.

BHU has huge hostel capacity if you have got 42 rank in hostel index allotment there are good chances of getting hostel as there are other courses whose counselling is yet to announce. You may also search for previous year hostel allotment list, it will help a lot.

As per your query I would like to tell you that according to rank and based upon the previous year cuttoff marks you needed to scored 125 marks in bsc maths under through physicaly challenged orthopaedic ally handicapped. 

For physical challenged hearing impaired need to scored upto 4 Marks. To getting admission. 

Physicaly challenged visually impaired need to scored upto 90 marks.
