For your kind information, yes as per the admit card you received you have to go to the allotted venue for document verification. As it is the process of taking admission for which you have to take the required documents:

• certificate of class 10th and 12th
  
• Mark sheet of class 10th and 12th

As you must be aware that BHU has released the results of the BHU UET 2019 almost 2 weeks back. As far as the cut off is concerned, the university has not yet released the cut off and there isn't been any formal announcement by the university as well regarding the cut offs. Dear student, admissions to BHU are done on the basis of entrance exam conducted by University for various courses. If you have registered for the counselling process, you may get a seat if you fulfil the specified criteria by the college and come within its limits.

Last year, the cut off rank for the OBC category students, for admissions in the B.com(h) was 697. With your OBC rank of  839, you can be hopeful of getting admission, as the cut offs change every year. Last year, the cut off rank for general category students, in BHU PET physics was 257. As you know, the cut offs change every year and it can either go down or go up depending on many factors like how many students applied for the admission, how they perfomed and many other factors.
