Yes, you can give Neet in Bengali as Neet is conducted in 11 different languages such as Hindi, English, Bengali, Assamese, Gujrati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada and Urdu. But Bengali languge facility is only available in the exam centres of West Bengal. If you choose Bengali as the medium of examination, your Booklet will be bilingual, Bengali and English. You can go for masters in either Psychology , history and sociology in relevant colleges like APC, Ashutosh, Brabourne, Bethune, etc. Most of the colleges demand a minimum percentile of 50 ( general category ) for the same but you can apply to different colleges and wait until their third list is published which many of the times increases your probabilities of getting an admission in the same.

If you are overall declared pass and if you had 6 subjects in HSC exam then you can secure admission in B.Sc.However for Biology honors many college wants a candidate to have passed in PCM while some offer admission based on score of top 4/5 subjects.You should check the criteria of the college in which you want to get admission.

My dear Rabindranath ..u have a great choice to be a software engineer.
You can take computer science or computer application as ur fouth subject ..it will help u  to know the basics...
But if u want to be a software engineer..u should have a better knowledge in computer language and designing ..and programming..that will help u in future ...so, if u want to be  a software engineer ..it is a better choice to take computer science in cls 12.
You can also do BSC in computer science ..and BCA in computer application..it has a greater future.

Yes it is possible. As long as you understand English sentence you can use NCERT books. If you can't understand then look for Bengali videos in YouTube which explains the concept of NCERT. That will help you. Along with NCERT, use your academic books and solve question bank. To score good marks, you have to solve questions correctly which will happen only when you practice alot.  So do practice well. Focus more on weak chapters. Understand concept it will easy to remember n you won't get confused.
