Yes, A PCB student can do B. Tech in Bioinformatics but you should have mathematics as your optional subject in 10+2.

The eligibility criteria is that The candidate must have passed the 10+2 examination from science stream with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology from a recognized board.
