I had appeared class 11, 12 from CBSE but due to less marks i reapeared class 12 from UP board. now during campus placement they are asking my registration certificate, which i dont have. Is my CBSE registration is i should give because ive not appeared for class 11 in UP so not having UP registr.

Your 10th marks might not necessarily be the best but a good news comes along that they do not see it as a criteria for admissions. There are exams like CAT and GMAT for abroad that you need to study and the criteria for it is that you need to have 50% aggregate in any subject in your 12th board exams.
