It is true that many companies look for a first class career while choosing their employees but not all companies do that. If you have not done so well in your boards, but have done pretty well in your masters degree and have a worthy CV, i.e. internships and experiences then it should not be a problem. However,it mught be a problem with companies looking for candidates with first class career. If you have scored a first division then you need not worry.
I am getting ece in NIT trichy, cse AND ECE in NIT SURATHKAL,WARANGAL IIIT HYDERABAD. KINDLY ADVISE REGARDING IN TERMS OF CAMPUS,PLACEMENT AND FACILITIES.
All 3 are top institutions of india but the real fight of choosing is between nit trichy cse and iiit hyderabad ece if you are totally oriented towards cse then nit trichy is best go for it but if you can go with ece and want to innovate something then iiit hyderabad is good note that academic rigour is high in iiit hyderabad also placement wise nit trichy cse might be slight ahead so it depends on you and choose wisely.

Although in IIT's NIT's and most state government college of good repute, are visited by the companies which offers a free placement cell to all branches to sit for there interview and selection rounds. So if you are in a good college then you will get quite good number of companies available to open placement sessions. Around 60% of the companies recruit from all branches. So don't worry. I had appeared class 11, 12 from CBSE but due to less marks i reapeared class 12 from UP board. now during campus placement they are asking my registration certificate, which i dont have. Is my CBSE registration is i should give because ive not appeared for class 11 in UP so not having UP registr.

- Judging by your situation, ask for a migration certificate. Where appeared for 11th grade.
- The registration certificate will be provided by the college where you pursued your 12th grade.
