which is better in terms of campus placement, job and education a normal govt college which comes under Mumbai University or a deemed private university eg. NMIMS or DY Patil??

From past reviews normal Government college under Mumbai University have good placement records over private colleges but,
NMIMS, School of Business Management, Mumbai had an Amazing Deployment Season last year. Many product employers have participated in the summer and final placement. Some large corporations affirm their faith by offering desirable roles in all fields and by recruiting students in large numbers. 36.6% of the group received PPIs and PPOs.

See in the coming decades, Python will take up the market to more advanced level. So knowing about Python is a must. See the campus placements for JNEC isn't good for Civil Engineering. For civil engineering in the session 2018-19 there were 2% placement where as in 2019-20 the placement rate increased and become 3%. SO as you can see in Civil Engineering most of the students in JNEC remains not placed. SO you should take the decision wisely about taking admission to the college. Although if you learn the skills and groom yourself up then you can easily get jobs via off campus interviews. Also learning coding can be highly beneficial if you wish to get jobs. Some of the trending languages are C++, Python, Java etc.
