Yes why not you can get admission in cbse board as well. It totally depends on the school  that  will they give you admission to you with your 11th marksheet or you have to give any entrance test to take your admission so contact to you prefrence of school in which you want to take admission.

As per COA admission guidelines, the minimum score needed in NATA for a student to get admission into architecture colleges for the year 2020 is 40% or 80/200.

According to previous year cutoffs,136 marks and 91% in boards are sufficient to get admission in JJ college Of Architecture Mumbai.

Yes, NATA is the only exam from which you can get admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture, Mumbai.

Application form for BLAT has already closed on 12th March and even exam is perhaps scheduled to be conducted next month. So, nothing can be done now, you can apply for other options.

In case you're interested you can apply for LAT, conducted by University of Allahabad, last date for application is 31st July. You can apply at https://www.aupravesh2020.com/Home/ListsofExam.aspx?PostId=2#

You can also appear for PU CET exam at the official website at https://uglaw.puchd.ac.in/ ,exam will be conducted in October, last date is 19th September

You can also check out other colleges, you have got very good marks, you can easily get admission in law colleges for which admission is conducted on the merit of the qualifying examination.

There is no specific cutoff marks in Fergusson College for UG Arts courses. However for admissions you have to score above 91% at 12th level for Grant in Aid courses. While above 88% for UG self financed courses.

If you want admission for BSc course, then I think it is possible. Your admission won’t happen on merit, because score is quite low for open candidate. But you just keep visiting college office even after the 3rd merit list is displayed, and you are not on it. Many candidates vacate their seats after securing admission in engineering or medical course. They just take nominal admission in Fergusson College for backup. If you keep visiting college even after admissions have been closed, you might get a vacant seat.
