This year I hve done 12th from CBSE board but I have not got good percentage but last year I have also done 12th from my state board. But in NEET application form I have mentioned CBSE schooling details but now I want to apply State board marksheet for MBBS admission. plz let knw if it is possible.
Srashti, you could have changed your Academic details during the correction window. NTA has extended the correction window until 20th July until 5pm IST. But now that it is past 10pm IST, you cannot make any changes to your NEET application form. But if you meet NEET eligiblity criteria regarding the aggregate based on your Category, you can retain the current marks skeet. And to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th. If you meet this criteria, you can keep the marks details that you have right now but unfortunately the correction window has been closed and so you cannot make any changes at this point in time.
will I get CS or ECE branch in sastra if I got 88 percentage in cbse board and 82 percentile in jee main
Hello. SASTRA University cut off for engineering is based on 2 streams
-
Stream 1 for 70% of seats will consider both JEE mains score and 12th standard scores whereas stream 2 for 30% seats will only consider 12th standard scores.
-
Applicants under stream 1 will be admitted to 70% of the seats based on JEE [Main] 2019 percentile score and +2 marks. The weightage for JEE Main scores and +2 marks will be 25% & 75% respectively. The JEE Main percentile score and normalized +2 aggregate will be taken together as per the weightage and applicants will be ranked based on the resultant combined score.
-
Applicants under Stream 2 will be admitted based on their normalized aggregate +2 or its equivalent marks. This is for 30% of the total seats
Since you have all the eligibility, you can get seat in SASTRA in either CS or EC branch. All the best...!
if a cbse board person is having 6 subject and fail in 1 subject but pass in overall is he eligible to give compartment exam or not
hey,
i hope you are doing well
yes CBSE gives another chance to students who somehow didn't manage to get passed in not more than 2 subjects in one go, those students in order to get passed can appear for compartment examination . so you can appear for the subject who have failed in
i hope this helps
good luck!
i got 65percentage in cbse board and wanted to take mechanical engineering from bit durg can i will get these because these year no pet is organised plzz help
Hello Aspirant ,
As the cutoff percentage is 50% for general and 45% for SC, ST, OBC Category. So you have passed out the cutoff marks. But to pursue B.tech from BIT Durg, either you have to give CGPET if you are having Chhattisgarh domicile, and if you are not from Chhattisgarh then you have to give the JEE Mains exams and secure good marks.
Hoe you will find it relevant.
Feel free to ask any further problems related.
Which is better? B.tech, Bca , bsc or polytechnic in cs since i got 70 Percent in cbse board (science)
I think a B Tech or BCA would be much preferable as these are the fields that are going to have a lot of job opportunities in the recent future.
All the Best!

l got 91persentage in cbse board and 85.5 percentile in jee main. can i get cse in sastra?
hello aspirant..
In sastra college 30% seats are allocated on the basis of class 12 aggregate and 70% engineering seats are allocated based on both class 12 aggregate and jee main percentile (75%:25%basis).
as you have got good percentile in both class 12 and jee main more chances are there for you to get into sastra. Anyways, prepare well for for jee main 2 which are about to conduct from sep 1-6 to get still good percentage which will help you to get into sastra.
all the best for your future!
will class 12th improvement student not get 75% in 2020 cbse board can eligible for jee advance?
Yes, as per the latest notification, the 75% board clause has been removed now. Now, students who could not secure a minimum of 75 % marks in his/ her board exams can also apply for admissions to JEE Main/ JEE Advanced on the basis of his/ her JEE Marks.
So, if you could not score 75 % in your board exams but score well in JEE, you can also apply for admission to NITs/IITs on the basis of your JEE marks.
Hope it helps.
can I get thapar in 81% in cbse board in 2020
First of Congratulations for scoring 81% in cbse board..
If you want to get admission into Thapar University then there are 2 modes through which they take admission..
1. First Mode is through JEE MAINS ( 70% of the Total Seats are occupied through this mode) and the basic eligibility/Minimum requirement for Boards is with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate of three subjects, namely, Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational subject..
2. Second mode is directly through board percentage ( 30% of the total seats are occupied through this mode) and the basic eligibility is that student has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 75% marks (70% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate of three subjects, namely, Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational subject.

I hope your doubt is cleared ..Thank you
please calculate my tnea marks as I got 88 in phy 85 in maths and 83 in chem out of 100 in cbse board
For out of 100
Maths = 85=> 85/2 = 42.5
Phy = 88 => 88/4 => 22
Chemistry = 83 => 83/4 = 20.75
Total = 85.25
you got 85.25 cut off mark for 100
85.25/100
To calculate for 200
Maths = 85 => 85
Physics = 88=> 88/2 = 44
Chemistry = 83=> 83/2 = 41.5
Total = 85+44+41.5 = 170.5
you got 170.5/200
I Hope I have cleared your question.
If you have doubts, please feel free to ask here in comment section.
Thank you.
