thats is necesssary to first apply particular NIT application form then CCMT FOR ADIMISION IN M.TECH
Hello Nilesh Kumar Singh
I hope you are doing good . I would like to tell you that you dont have to apply all NITS indiviually. NIT entrance exam is conducted by only one NIts( mostly new nit or topmost conducts the exam). So after giving the entrance only , You just have to apply on counselling portal for counselling one time only or sometime you have apply for entrance only then you access counselling by credentials. Counselling are done on 3 rounds generally . If any nit is alloted to you in some round which means you have cleared the cutt off of that nit and then you have to secure that after paying some fees.
you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India :-

i accidentally selected slide option instead of float in NSR special round in CCMT. What will happen if change willingness to surrender and participate in next round? Will the options above my current allotment be considered?
Hello,
Yes, if your willingness is 'surrender and participate in next round' then the choices above the choice allotted in previous round will be considered. If no seat is allotted in above choices then the seat allotted in previous round cannot be claimed. So if you do not want the seat then you may choose this option and proceed to the next round.
In slide option all the choices within the same Institute allotted in previous round above the choice allotted in previous round will be exercised. If no seat is allotted from the higher preferences then the seat allotted in the previous round can be claimed by you. In this case your seat will be retained which was allotted in previous round.
If I got a seat in CCMT round 1 and failed to pay the Seat acceptance fees will they consider me for further rounds?
Hi,
First of all congratulations on getting a seat in CCMT. But as per the CCMT guidelines...
If a seat is alloted to the candidate for the first time in any of the regular rounds (Round 1, Round 2, Round 3), the candidate has to pay the seat acceptance fee...
In case the candidate fails to pay the seat acceptance fee, his/her seat allotment shall automatically stand cancelled and he/she will not be considered for the subsequent round of allotment.
Best of luck!
For CCMT 2020, what exactly is the proof of seat acceptance fee as i paid via net banking and didnt find any receipt to download?
hi aspirant ,
you can check your portal for admission letter or seat confirmation letter .

In CCMT documents uploading process Is it okay to upload a Receipt for a document which is in process but delayed due to some reasons? or Original document is required ?
The documents need to be uploaded after seat allocation and the seat allocation results for CCMT have been put on hold. Let's say if the document is put on hold as the final year results have been not declared yet, then it might be valid or if its for any other reason, you might have to reach out to the helpdesk. Please reach out to the helpdesk at: ccmt2020help@mnit.ac.in (mailto:ccmt2020help@mnit.ac.in) mentioning the reason. They will be able to help you.
Dear sir I am 2019 student and I pass gate 2019 but my b tech are have 1 back in 8 th semester so please tell i fill Ccmt 2020 appearing
Salim, it depends on when is the supplementary exam due to clear your Backlog. Technically, you should have passed in all subjects atleast at the time of admission or else your seat stands cancelled. But if you have already appeared for the backlog and then you are awaiting the results, then you can appear for counselling by producing a valid proof of document until the pre final semester that you fulfil all the eligibility criteria until pre final semseter.
why available choices are less in CCMT process ? is it because of eligibility criteria ? plz explain
Hi,
CCMT (Centralized Counselling for MTech / MArch/ MPlan) is basically an online counselling process that takes place in order to take admissions into M.Tech/M.Arch/M.Plan courses offered by various NITs, IIITs, etc.
The available choices during the counselling process might have been cut down due to the eligibility criteria. Each of the institutions seem to have their own eligibility criteria for the admission into their various courses.
This might be the reason as to why you might have less choices during the allotment in the counselling rounds.
