dr bps college agra bsc computer science pcb students kar sakte hai please reply

harsh singh 18th May, 2025

If you have completed 12th with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and did not have Mathematics, then you are not eligible for B.Sc. Computer Science at Dr. BPS College, Agra.

Why not eligible?

Most colleges, including Dr. BPS College, require Mathematics as a compulsory subject in 12th for admission into B.Sc. Computer Science.

with a rank of 10650 in viteee can i get computer science branch in vit bhopal or vit ap

vinayak Ramachandran 19th May, 2025

Hey!, you have a really good chance of getting CSE at both VIT-AP and VIT Bhopal, most likely in Category 2 or 3. Your rank is well within the cutoff range for both campuses. Category 1 at VIT-AP might be tough, but not impossible if cutoffs go slightly higher this year. VIT Bhopal is usually more flexible, so chances there are even better. Just make sure to list these options during counselling. If you’re aiming for CSE, these are great choices to consider. Best of luck!

im going in 11th and im interested in CA so can i have computer application in 11th is this is fine for that

kumardurgesh1802 17th May, 2025

Hello there,

Yes, you can take Computer Applications in Class 11 if you are interested in becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA) . It is perfectly fine and will not affect your eligibility for the CA course.

Here's why it's fine:

  • To become a CA, you do not need to take Commerce subjects only .

  • The minimum eligibility for CA is passing Class 12 in any stream (Commerce, Science, or Arts).

  • However, most CA aspirants choose Commerce with subjects like Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics because they help during the CA Foundation preparation.

    Your combination can be:

  • Commerce stream with subjects like:

    • Accountancy

    • Business Studies

    • Economics

    • English

    • Computer Applications (instead of Maths or any optional)

      Final Answer:

Yes, you can take Computer Applications in Class 11. Just make sure you choose Commerce as your main stream , and you’ll be fully eligible and prepared to pursue CA after 12th.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you, and I wish you all the best in your bright future.

i am a student with PCM and computer in class 11 and i want to prsue in psychology . So is it possible for me to have a Bsc degree in psychology from a best college

Samriddha Pal 19th May, 2025

Hello,

The subject combination requirements for Bsc Psychology is different in each institutions. Science background is definitely preferred and it is not always necessary to have Psychology as a subject in your 11th and 12th.

Top Universities’ Requirements (Examples)

1. Delhi University (BSc Hons Psychology)

Requires English + any 3 academic subjects

Psychology not mandatory

Merit-based via CUET UG

2. Christ University (BSc Psychology Honours)

Open to students from all streams

No specific subject requirement

3. Mumbai University / Calcutta University

Some affiliated colleges offer BA or BSc in Psychology

Open to both Science and Arts stream students

Hope this helps. All the best!

Mene jee ka exam nhi diya hai kintu 12th me iss yearly 90 % ban sakti hai to kya mujhe RTU kota me computer science and engineering me admission mill sakta hai

Akansha Sharma 23rd May, 2025

Yes, even if you haven’t appeared for the JEE exam but are scoring around 90% in your 12th boards, you can still get admission in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at RTU Kota's affiliated private colleges. Many private colleges offer direct admission based on 12th marks or through management quota. You should contact the college’s official admission office or check their website for details. However, for government colleges, JEE is mandatory. Private colleges can still be a good option.

I have rank more than 1lakh what will be my scholarship amount and what will be the total 4 years course fee for B.Tech computer science... Kharaj Sarkar

kumardurgesh1802 16th May, 2025

Hello there,

If your rank is above 1 lakh in TS EAMCET or a similar exam, here’s a general idea about scholarships and fees for B.Tech Computer Science under the Kharif Sarkar (Kharaj Sarkar) or government quota:

  1. Scholarship Amount:

    • Usually, scholarships depend on merit and income criteria.

    • With a rank above 1 lakh, merit-based scholarships are less likely.

    • However, if you belong to a reserved category or a low-income family, you might get tuition fee reimbursement or other state scholarships.

    • Scholarship amounts vary from Rs. 10,000 to full tuition fee waiver based on your category and state government schemes.

  2. Total 4-Year Course Fee for B.Tech Computer Science:

    • For government or government-aided colleges, the fee typically ranges from Rs. 1.5 lakh to Rs. 3 lakh for 4 years.

    • For private colleges, it can be higher, around Rs. 4 lakh to Rs. 8 lakh for 4 years.

    • Exact fees depend on the college you join.

Summary:

  • With a rank above 1 lakh, scholarships based purely on merit are unlikely.

  • Check for reserved category or income-based scholarships for fee reimbursement.

  • Total fees vary widely depending on college type (government/private).

I have not passed the keam entrance exams. I am interested in doing BTech computer science and engineering. How much donation will I have to give to get a management quota seat? How much will be the semester fees for management quota?

Kishan Bhakat 17th May, 2025

hi,

sorry to hear that. If you didn’t pass the KEAM entrance exam but want to do BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, don’t worry. You can explore these options:

  1. Management Quota or NRI Quota Seats: Many private colleges offer admission under management or NRI quota without KEAM rank. However, fees might be higher.

  2. Other State or National Level Exams: Some colleges accept JEE Main scores or other engineering entrance exams. Check if you qualify for admission through those.

  3. Direct Admission in Private Colleges: Some private colleges offer direct admission based on your 12th marks or other criteria.

Make sure to research colleges, their admission criteria, and fees carefully. Also, keep improving your qualifications for better chances next time!
