I wouldnt say Construction Management and Project Management are same, but they are comparable courses and support your Engineering Degree preferably in Construction/Civil Engineering with aspects of Management. see cutoff score varies every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix for any particular stream, candidate category etc. based on previous years cutoff and considering you as  general category,  you have no chances in iit delhi for construction management.
