No you would not be eligible to get any refunds now. According to the guidelines release by CSAB, if a candidate is allotted any seat in initial round and he or she decides to to participate in the second round in hope of any upgrade while accepting the initially allotted seat then he or she cannot withdraw from the counselling process. However in the first round t he candidates  have the option to either freeze, float, or cancel their allotted seat.

It is okay if you do not want to opt for the college you were allotted in 2nd round of csab counselling.

See, if there is an option mentioned regarding the refund of the fees then you can go with that. Also, you can check official letters by the administration regarding the procedure and the no. Of round in which you can get the refund. Usually during the refunding process a little percentage of money is deducted after every round you participate in.

As you have mentioned that you have freezed your seat in csab round 1 and but didnt upload your documents so you would get your refund after deducting an amount of 1.5k.

It will take around 3-4 days after the counselling has been conducted. If you have withdrawn after 2nd round then 5k would have deducted instead of 1.5k.

In CSAB counselling, your CRL is considered and not category rank.

It's quite difficult to predict because cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-

******number of students that appeared in the  jee main exam,

****** number of available seats,

****** performance of different students in the examination,

****** the category you belong etc.

You did not to worry as the seat you got in first round will be retained. According to the current guidelines, when a candidate is allotted a seat and if he/ she selects float that means he or she has accepted the seat but wants to proceed further in the process to get an upgrade on basis of filled choices.

After second round you will be provisionally allocated a seat and can pay the partial tution fee according to the guidelines of the college.

As you have got a seat in csab round so the refund won't be possible if you claim your refund after declaration of 2nd round. So, if you don't accept the seat after 2nd round you won't be refunded.

If you are not alloted a seat then in that case you will be refunded after deducting an amount of 6000. And if you withdraw your seat in first round then your amount will be refunded after deducting 1500.
