Both of them come in the list of reputed institutions in Bangalore. However, BMSCE fares slightly better than DSCE in terms of both studies and placements. The student crowd is also better in BMSCE. Placements also depend on your branch, but BMSCE is good for most of the branches.

The official holidays ordered by the university after the semester are very low so the students usually decide to attend the college after a week or so for a break after the semester. The official holidays of around 2 months are given after every 2 semesters. But after the first year break, you have to attend the training or the internship in the next 2 months breaks.
