Maybe withdrawal of the application for the first list has also led to cancellation of your registration. Maybe candidates were supposed to attend the first round of counselling in order to be eligible for the second and third rounds.

Dear student, admission in Delhi University has got intense this year and the competition has increased tremendously. With 1781 rank in DU Jat entrance exam, you may have chance only in the final cutoff list. In the 4th list, you would most probably not be allotted any seat in any college for BMS.

I think you may have some chances to get this Institute and because last year this Institute provides even less rank but my suggestion does not need to take the risk. You may apply for it and also seek some other Institute as you backup because the chance of this Institute may below it is not a great idea to only apply in this Institute also apply for other.

After watching so the list of Institute and your rank. I think that you may have good chances to get better than Ambedkar. So you may apply for some Institute with authorizing by DU JAT and you may get some best institute that you may deserve.  So think positive apply some top Institute and you definitely get one of them.

Here are list of  document required during the time of original document verification in bms course

1. Admit card of jat exam

2.birth certificate (class  board certificate ot class 10 board marksheet) 

3.class 12 marksheet

4.character certificate

5.income certificate 

6.migration certificate 

7.4 recent passport size photo

8.caste certificate 

You have to carry original and one self attested  xerox copy of every document

Yes it may depend if you continuously apply for 4th then it may continous but if you pull out and you may take another institute or you may not recall then in those all case they cancel your name and take someone else. So if you think or want to go for 4th counselling then you may contract them once.

As per your concern about the releasing of the DU Jat third allotment list so the answer is Yes, the realeasing date is of today means 16 Aug'19. You can check on the website for your resukt as whether it came in your 3rd list or not. All the very best. I hope your name will be there on the list

May be but if they announced 3rd allowed list and if they a sufficient number of sit which they ready for allowed then you might get chances for 3rd list and get this Institute. it totally depends on they sit number and I hope it is sufficient for you.

You can easily get bbe.Chances of bms are less.Last year spot round went upto 3700-4500 rank.So don't lose hope!
