My rank in dujat is 4190 gen and OBC 199 in first list I got arybhata. I applied for upgradation can I get better than this
dear aspirant,hope you are doing well.Now coming to your question,as per the previous year cutoff chances are their that you may get an upgradation in the further rounds.As per the my knowledge you ight end up in getting a better college than aryabhatta college in substituent rounds.

No if you got a seat in next list irrespective of you want it or not you will automatically loose the one you got now rather if you don't get a seat in the next one then the present one will remain.So keep the colleges which are only higher than the one you got now.
