According to me, you should go for IIT BHUBANESHWAR since it is more premier tag as compared to that of a NIT.

Also, tag of IIT still matters.

If you like computer science engineering then you should definitely go ahead with it as NIT Jalandhar is a good NIT of tier-2. You will get good faculty and good placements there. Most of all, you will get a national exposure in the college which is very important in shaping someones career.
