EFLU 2021 is a University level Entrance Exam that is conducted by English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad. The EFLU 2021 exam is organized to offer admission to undergraduates and postgraduates courses.

Hello Majid,

English and Foreign Languages University will conduct admission process for PGCTE course. You can check your eligibility first and then fill the application form before the last date.

The application form was released in third week of December 2020 and its deadline to fill the form is third week of January 2021.

The admit card will be released in third week of February 2021 and entrance test will be conducted in last week of February 2021.

Till now the English and Foreign Languages University has not started their admission process for this 2021 but it us expected to start from third week of January '21. For getting admission in the English and Foreign Languages University, one needs to clear the EFLU online entrance test and the test is conducted across India in CBT(Computer-Based Test) Mode. @UG Programmes :-

Candidate should have passed in 12th standard with minimum aggregate of  50% (General/OBC) and 45% (SC/ST)  with English as a compulsory subject.

@PG Programmes :-

• A bachelor’s degree with minimum 55% (General/OBC) and 50% (SC/ST).
• For courses in Arabic, French, German, Russian, Hispanic language and literature, candidates must have obtained a bachelor’s degree in the respective language or bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a B1 level proficiency certificate equal to an advanced diploma in that language

Hello,The English and Foreign Language University conducts the EFLU  exam for the applicants who are wishing to get admission into different UG as well as PG programmes offered by the university.

paper pattern:

• Section I – Questions based on Foreign Language (Arabic, French, German, Japanese, Russian, Spanish) (36 marks)
• Section II – General Knowledge (30 marks)
• Section III – Logical reasoning (9 marks)
• Section IV – English language (25 marks)

The EFLU entrance exam exam pattern will be as follow:

• Shifts: There will be two shifts of EFLU ENTRANCE EXAM
• Parts: The two parts will be objective part & descriptive part.
• Exam Mode: The exam will get conducted in online (Computer-based) mode.
• Duration: The duration of each entrance test will be of two hours.
• Marking Scheme: One mark will be allotted for each correct answer. There will be no negative marking.
• Total Marks: The exam paper will comprises of 100 marks.

The exam not easy because there are more than 20 centers in which the entrance test is held. Further, reservations add upto 50% of the seats. Numerical numbers is not the challenge. Real challenge is the quality of the competition.

EFLU is the university level entrance exam conducted by English and Foreign Language University

The EFLU examination pattern for BA, B. Ed, and separate courses in foreign languages is made available to you.

For BA you will have questions on grammar , writing skills , reasoning and literature .

For this you can understand the topics one by one through books or YouTube videos.

For BEd the syllabus is little bit same as BA with difference of vocabulary and there will some questions on teaching aptitude and general knowledge.

And for foreign language you will get question accordingly .

With general reasoning and general knowledge questions.

If you taking BA then are not required to take an EFLU admission test. Instead, the TOEFL or IELTS must have done.
