IT VS EE branch which one is vetter
Both the streams you have mentioned, have a good career ahead in there own possible way. If you are interested in learning codes, want to work in IT companies and want to be a part of IT giant, then I would recommend you to go for the course of BTech in Information Technology. Also, if you see the job perspective, then you will find out that the jobs in the IT sector are increasing steadily compared to other fields.
If you are interested in companies which deals with the Electrical components of high load industries. The Electrical Engineering graduates are recruited by varied companies such as hardware companies, large power plants, industrial machinery, electrical motors, computer chips. So here also there are quite a good opportunity available. But the industry isn't growing that much compared to the IT industries.
Both the options, have a good career opportunities, now its your choice.

Can i get placement as electrical engineer from miet, meerut
Hey,
In MIET, 90% of students got placed, and students of the IT sector have many opportunities and offers of getting placements. Students of core branches such as civil, mechanical and electrical also got placed, but they have to compete with the students more.
Hope this helps.
which college to choose svnit ee or nirma cse or lnmit cse or vnit eee??? and also suggest the colleges for 16000 rank pleasee replyy
Hello Student,
First come to the SVINIT (Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology) EE-> The pros and cons of the EE in college are as follows-:
- Labs are good though not best.
- Placements are good. If you are above average scorer than you are almost likely to be placed. Although placement is very much dependent on personality and technical knowledge. Only marks are not enough. But for getting an idea you can think this figure - Placement record if more than 80% average. Means every year more than 80 out of 100 people get placed.
- The curriculum is not updated as per international standards. The books and technical knowledge imparted is conventional.
Now, come to Nirma CSE-: Nirma University is one of the premier engineering institutes of India.
- Going by the placement record, almost all of the eligible students from the CSE department get placed into MNC's like Morgan Stanley, Oracle and various other prestigious companies like Snapdeal, FactSet, MuSigma, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Searce,Infibeam etc.
- The highest package goes to close to 14 lakhs per annum which is considered to be incredibly high considering just a graduate degree.
Now come to LNMIIT for cse-:
- The LNMIIT is much better than many NIT’s for pursuing Computer Science. The CSE faculty is exceptionally well in teaching and are friendly.
- The placement record for session 2016–17 for CSE is also commendable. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung, Kayako, DirectI etc. visited campus for on campus placement in session 2016–17. http://placements.lnmiit.ac.in/esperra/esperra19.pdf

i got 63 points in jee mains can I get electrical or enc branch in iust ?? can anybody help??
hlwo aspirant
hope you are doing well
well 63 percentile in not good enough in mains exam but still may be there is a chance to get good government college if you have some reservations.. It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category
However It is usually advised to fill the choices as per the preference of colleges and departments, for example CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. However to get any NIT, you must have qualified JEE Mains and to get any IIT, you must have qualifies JEE Advanced
But the previous cut offs of colleges should be taken in consideration, it is better to research over the cut off of colleges then make a preference list of colleges and fill accordingly
For the college preferences and the courses provided by these colleges and to know which colleges participate in the JOSAA counselling, please go to the below mentioned link: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/josaa-participating-institutes/amp
hope this is helpful for you
all the very best for your upcoming future
I got 17k rank in OBC ncl. Can I get chemical engineering or electrical engineering branch through CSAB in nit Warangal?
Dear Harsh,
Hello student,
With a rank of around 17,000 in the jobs category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in nits under chemical engineering as the closing ranks were around 5,700 for the home state quota in nit Warangal. Yet, ranks and scores vary each year depending on various factors. However, you can also predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the below-mentioned link:
