Electrical Engineering
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well....!!!
As you want to know about your chances for select in PSU for electric. For sure selection in PSUs, any rank near 200 is considered good added that your performance in the interview is average. Why I am saying this is I have seen many top 20 rankers failing to find themselves in the final merit list of a PSU. So along with a good rank, you have to be at least average in your interview for the final selection. Some PSUs also conduct GD which is an elimination round. So you must be well prepared for that.

Hello Aspirant,
Very low chances for any of the NITs/IITs
If we go through the analysis of previous year's GATE score Vs College allotment than according to the GATE 2022 score mentioned by you in the query you have very less chances of getting any of the IITs or NITs with Electrical Engineering specialization because this branch is offered in very less number of NITs and for them too cut-offs are quite high for General category so I would recommend you to go with some private colleges because some private colleges also accept admission on the basis of GATE score.
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/gate-cutoff
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your GATE 2022 Score and category you can use GATE College Predictor :-

As you are a OBC category students and have an appeared for GATE exam and have the bank in this exam is over 045 and the box is 675 then your chance for getting NIT is very bright. As for getting an IIT in this marks is not possible for what specific branch you are interested for taking admission. Has previous years like 2020 ee GATE cutoff for IIT was for all category student was 900 score. So there is a chance for you to getting an it can get a NIT for your choice of course of study.
