At first, I would like to congratulate you on successful completion of your VITEEE exam. The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With a rank near to 20,000, you cannot get CSE, ECE or IT seats in Vellore campus in any fee category. You can try applying for Chennai campus. Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as you have not specified about the branch and course you are talking about but i am assuming that you want to know about BTECH CSE closing rank it may defer every year but more or less you may get rough idea about it in the following data any rank greater then 10,000 will lank you in CS/IT branch in vit vellore. Closing rank of some of that are:-

CSE Vellore closing rank - 5000-6000

IT Vellore closing rank - 7000-9000

CSE Chennai Closing Rank - 10,000-12000
