Sorry to say but not government college offers admission to candidate with low percentile unless a candidate has SC/ST quota. You haven't mentioned you percentile so its hard for me to predict whether you will get any government college or not but if you percentile is anything below 90 and you are general category candidate then you have no chances.

If you are facing this issue then kindly contact immediately K-CET support or helpline for help. As the document verification dates are approaching, you need to be very quick for the process . Just contact K-CET helpline through email by mentioning your hall ticket number and send them the QE marks card.

Admission to Engineering College is purely merit based and you have to give Joint Entrance Examination and according to your rank and score you need to sit for counselling and get your college.The whole process is conducted by the JOSSA board and it is purely merit based.And you need atleast 50% marks in your 10+2 examinations(board) to be eligible for the engineering colleges.
