Please give me an essay on the topic what is the real meaning of fashion
Hello candidate,
The meaning of fashion and styling is different for different individuals, because it's their own way of receiving things and looking at how they look around in the mirror or to the outside world.
Now it is has been a trend to showcase flashy and attractive fashion wear on social media platforms and other handles, but this is not the actual definition of fashion. The real meaning of fashion can be set as to wear those fashion wear or accessories which make you look comfortable express in your own terms not based on the judging criteria of the society.
Hope you found it helpful. If you have any further queries feel free to post it here!!

Can i write the GS papers and the essay (paper 1-5) in English while having my optional subject as Hindi Literature?
Hello Ekta,
I would like to tell you that, Yes! Now UPSC provides options to write GS and Optional papers in different mediums (Since 2018). If you choose to write GS and Essay papers in Hindi and Optional Paper in English you can do so.
But point to be noted here is, If you choose to write GS and Essay papers in English then you have to write Optional papers also in English. It means, given the technical/subject specific terminology in optional, you are given opportunity to write it in English while writing GS papers in your fluent or compatible language.
You will get these option while filling the application form for prelim. UPSC ask optional subject and medium both for GS & Essay papers and Optional subject separately in the preliminary stage itself. So, you get sufficient time to get yourself ready and mater in the chosen language.
Further, If you write your GS papers in English medium and want to choose Hindi for interviews that option is also available. But that is not vice versa, that is if your medium for mains is Hindi/regional languages, you can not opt English for Interview.
So, Go ahead without any hesitation or concern if you are more comfortable for Optional to write in English and confident for GS and Essay papers to write in Hindi or any other regional languages (VIII Schedule languages).
Hope this helps,
All the best!

Write an essay on the topic conserving water what individuals and societies can do
Hello...
Water is very essential for human beings as human bodies are made of water. Almost 70% of the earth is covered with water out of which only 3% of the total water is freshwater which we can use. It clearly shows how much it is important for us to consume water judiciously. But we are doing exactly the opposite of this, such as we haven't kept our water bodies clean. Industrial wastes or effluents and sewage discharges are directly entering into the rivers, in cities buildings are constructed on the dried ponds and lakes. So when the rain arrives we don’t have any space or any provision to preserve the rainwater. And because of this, we are facing the issues of floods.
Moreover, we need to create a lot of awareness among all about water conservation methods. People living in cities are facing major water crisis issues. The main reasons behind this is a population explosion, sudden rise in migration of people from rural areas to the cities, pollution in water bodies and so on.
Steps or ways for saving water-
Firstly, as a responsible citizen, we can reduce the amount of water we use daily for various purposes such as bathing, laundry, watering plants and so on then we can easily save water for our future generation. Some of the other methods of saving water are given below
-
Everyone should make it their responsibility to save water daily
-
Install or make canals on the rooftops so that rainwater can be stored and reused for household chores and it can recharge groundwater
-
Instead of using shower use buckets for bathing or use low flow shower, it will save a lot of water
-
Convert toilet to low flush, & repair leakage
-
Always water the plants in the evening to minimize evaporation
-
Don’t let the tap running while using for washing your face and hands and close the tap after using it
-
Increase awareness about save water initiatives among people
-
Reduce and recycle
-
All farmers need to adopt advanced methods of irrigation so that they use less water for farming
-
Villagers need to stop open definition and direct use of river water for domestic uses such as washing clothes, and cleaning utensils
-
Proper treatment of industrial water before dumping them into the river
-
Use of the required amount of water and avoiding wastage
Apart from all these methods, we need to keep track of the usage of water and water wastage and what causes the water pollution so that it will be easier for us to fight against this water crisis. If every single person takes the responsibility to save water then as a society, we can save a lot of water.
I hope this helps you and if you have any further queries then feel free to ask in the comment section.
Good Luck...

They are incredibly consistent and are all about human connection. They are like macaroni and cheese for your brain and therefore it is not surprising that during times of economic or emotional hardships humans have turned to rom coms as a way to escape from uncertainity in the world and in the headlines.
Hope it clears the concept.
