EWS Quota is applicable for UG NEET  from 2019 in India except Karnataka. But from the year 2020 it is in news that EWS will be applied to Karnataka as well for MBBS admission. It is difficult to say as this is the first year in which this would be followed but at an approx there should be around 4000 seats.

You may have submitted it during the neet application form. During the counselling section you need to show up your EWS category if the certificate is valid as you seat allotment will be depended on the your category also along with your rank. So do apply your EWS certificate during counselling process.

B Category seats are those seats which left after A category seats filling.Hence in the B category seats, the seats will only allot on the basis of CRL rank means your open rank irrespective of any category.For the benefits of reservation you have to take participation in A category counselling.

Yes there will be ews reservation during Ts eamcet counselling. If you get a rank below 10,000 in ts eamcet you can even get free seat. if your rank is greater than 10,000 , then you need to pay RS. 35,000 as fees+ hostel fees if you avail college hostel.While compared to other category (oc ) students with greater income, you will get more preference during counselling.

No for the academic year of 2020-20201 the EWS quota is not applicable. The 10 per cent reservation for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) in university admissions will only be applicable from the next academic year (2021-22). Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has not yet formulated the procedure to consider the EWS for admissions into universities in Telangana for higher education courses.

With EWS certificate, you will have 10% reservation for seat allotment. But the fee stucture will be almost same for every student taking admission in a particular college or may be with a very minimal difference between OC/OBC and SC/STs.
