Hello , Based on your rank in ap EAMCET you have a chance to get into CSE in GEC based up on previous year cutoffs. But Every year there will be a variation in cutoffs but there might not be much difference in the cutoffs.

It is a public / government College and it was established in year 2000. The college is currently affiliated to the Kerala technological University and it is approved by by All India council of technical education New Delhi. If you are thinking to take admission in BE or BTech even in master courses. if you look into the college in terms of placement it is good but you cannot expect very much from this college. According to the placement data for 2022 of GEC the total offers were 450 of which the maximum placement was offered to Information Technology Engineering students. The Electronics & Communication Engineering recorded 130  job offers and Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering recorded 80,49 and 18 offers respectively. The M.Tech students also received 30 offers.

For admission in the B.Tech programme offered by the GEC Barton Hill, candidates need to appear in KEAM Entrance Exam conducted by Common Entrance Exam (CEE). To accommodate students arriving from different parts of Thiruvananthapuram city, three buses operate on three different routes.
