what is method use in applied geophysics
Hello Aspirant,
Information obtained from geophysical methods is both quantitative and qualitative. Geologic features like porosity, permeability, the water content of the formation, and/or mineralogy can be understood using properties like electrical resistance, seismic reflection/refraction, or magnetism.
Seismic techniques offer the best instruments for in-depth crustal and upper mantle investigations among the many geophysical methods appropriate to investigate the structure and composition of the lithosphere (see SEISMIC SURVEYS).
ALL THE BEST

Which career is best for me after Bsc geophysics graduation with third division degree and having three years experience in chemical complex 3 yrs working experience in clo2 plant operator
Hi, deciding what is best for you is something that you need to decide on. In this answer there are options that you can choose from also you could find a mixture of the two to do something that interests you. Firstly, if you wish to take a break from your job you can complete your masters in the same stream and/or Ph.D. Seismology, Marine geophysics, Geodesy, etc. are very famous topics to do your masters in. Secondly, you can do a job related to your interests. You can work in chemical plant as a disinfection system operator. Hope this helps.

i have secured 91 rank in bhu m.sc tech geophysics in general category but i am still in waitinglist so is there any chance for me to get admission in main campus of bhu?
Dear candidate as you know M.Sc Tech Geophysics is a course with lot of potential offered by Banaras Hindu University. However your rank is 91, I would say your chances are not that strong, but yes if seats remain vacant, then your seat will be ensured. Keep on following the Waiting list upgradation, if it freezes for around 1 month, then expect that there would not be more upgradation. By the time don't rely only on one Institute, try to apply into different colleges for better possibilities of admission.
Hope you make your chance!!!
Good luck!!
