other than great gre scores, what else do we need to keep in mind to get into the best university for mtech??
Hi there,
Apart from GER score you must keep following things in mind to take admission in best university:
TOEFL score: your TOEFL score must be above 100 and IELTS should be atleast 7.
It will be better if you would have done internships related to your course.
Make good statement of purpose (SOP)
Extra curricular activities will also be helpful for you to take admission in best university.
Having work experience also helps
Hope it helps you
Good luck!
how i get full scholarship in MIT (USA) after the GRE exam?
Hello candidate,
The MIT scholarships are awarded based solely on financial need and come from our endowment, gifts from MIT alumni and friends, and MIT general funds.
Moreover, About 60% of our undergraduates receive MIT Scholarships. I want to mention that the MIT does not give scholarships based on merit and so if you get into MIT the financial aid will be solely based on your personal financial situation. Therefore, getting a "full-scholarship" to MIT only depends on your parents' annual income which is submitted as proper documentation and your financial situation. If you fall under the category of getting financial help then only you can apply for the scholarship program.
Hope you found it helpful!!
how much do we need to score in gre to avail maximum scholarships as an international student???
Dear Aspirant, in order to get maximum scholarships as an international student through GRE (Graduate Record Examinations) you need to score 310+. A score between 295-310 is considered as a decent score. I hope you are clear now. If you have any other queries feel to ask. All The Best!!!
Is the NMAT easier than the GRE?
Hello Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well.
Comparing the two exams GRE and NMAT, the difficulty of GRE and NMAT is the same. The difficult GRE language section compared to the NMAT. Although the GRE's Quants section is simple compared to NMAT. GRE is easier than NMAT when considering non-syllabus parameters for these tests.
Therefore,
- Freedom to take the exam if you feel ready
- I tried several times in the same year
- GRE score is valid for 3 years
- The number of seats (university) far exceeds NMAT
- Unified selection process
- Easy post-test preparation and selection process is the best
All the best!!
Thank you
Hi, This is Anusha, I am interested to do MS computer science in Canada....Firstly, I thought to go to USA, I have cleared my TOEFL and GRE.... But now, I decided to go to canada. My doubt is that will TOEFL and GRE score helps me to choose universities in canada? Orelse IELTS score only mandatory ?
Hello!
Applicants with English competence other than IELTS have been accepted. If the university or college accepts you, there will be no difficulty.
However, only IELTS is allowed for the SDS stream. Other English competence might be acceptable for the general stream.
We recommend that you also email and ask the Canadian High Commission so that they can assist you in resolving the issue.
Or if you believe in the quote, "Precaution is better than cure" you can attempt IELTS, and go further with it for admission.
As far as GRE is concerned, in some cases it is required, in some it isn't, again depending upon the university.
All the best for your studies!
I am not great in Maths or in logic I know its crazy but I dont like the burden of remembering either will there be enough time for me to make my math and logic strong + doing proggramming as I have started it recently early than college a bit , also i wanted to start preparing for GRE Exam will
Hello candidate,
It doesnt matter if you are not good in maths now, if you are starting early and you code daily, then no one is stopping you . You will surely do great. Practicing coding daily we build you as a great programmer and will develop your logic quick.

I Am having a CGPA of 5.5 but my GRE score is 330 and i have certification in many courses will i get a good college for matsers in US
Hi, Your GRE score is decent. You have certification too that is a plus point. But, when it comes to CGPA there are lot of universities who have it as an eligibility criteria and it is always between 6 to 8. So, if you wish to get into a college in the US there is a very think possibility. Although, US might not take there are other countries that will accept your CGPA. Before making any decision it is recommended that you visit the colleges website and check their eligibility criteria. You can contact a counsellor too. Hope this helps. All the best!
I have 7.4cgpa and 334 GRE. I had 7 backlogs in Ece but did well since. Want to pursue Ms Data sci from US. No publications as im not interested in research. have good internships and projects in Data sci and also worked as a freelance for 2 years (since 2nd yr of college). What are my chances?
Hi, you have a decent CGPA. If you have a strong hold over your subject and have proved it via your internships than it will increase your chances. Getting into a very famous college won't be the best for you as they require a lot of marks. Your GRE score is impressive. While you write your SOP make sure you show that you have done well enough in your studies and maybe a reason to your backlogs. If you are willing to compromise countries then you can try for Canada. If I ad to answer it to you in short I would say yes, you can get into colleges with little efforts and top notch SOP and LOR. Hope this helps.
