I am planning to opt for ba defense and strategic studies. Is it easier to join in IAF as administration or logistics officer?or can i join indian army, or can i crack upsc cse for indian foreign service?(P.S: I am a woman and a PCB student. A lot of them say only engineering graduates could crack)
Hello,
The eligibility criteria for UPSC for the post of Indian Foreign Service is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, those in the final year of graduation can also apply provisionally, there is no specific aggregate required in this case,
coming to AFCAT, the eligibility criteria for the department of administration and logistics is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university securing 60% aggregate, as long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria you can appear for any government exam, now coming to qualifying the same your stream don't really matter, you have to make your strategies smartly such as get acquainted with the syllabus that will enable you to know what to read and what to skip, pattern of the exams, study materials(keep it limited), go through previous year papers to analyze the level of preparation, apply mock tests on regular basis.
can pharm d post baccalaureate graduates use the dr prefix in their name ?
Hi there.
holders of a Ph.D. in pharmacy They can now introduce themselves with the title "Dr." In India, the title "Dr." solely was used before the names of those who have received a Ph.D. from an accredited university or who are general practitioners who have completed their MBBS.
Now that the Pharmacy Council of India has made a firm decision, all applicants receiving a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree from accredited universities are permitted to use the prefix "Dr." before their names.

There is some factors to choose optional subjects for civil or Indian administrative services those are -the subject should be scoring,
The syllabus will be less,
Materials are easily available,,
Subject suits your aptitude.
For the optional choice of core subjects will be possibly not so scoring. The subjects related to BTech courses like physics and mathematics will be the best choices for optional subjects in UPSC civil services examination.
