Dear student,  for securing admission in Bcom in IPU, candidate must sit for IPU CET exam in the year in which he is seeking admissiom. This exam has already been conducted and hence admissions for Bcom are already closed if you have not applied for this exam. Else you can check out your result.

There is no information on the internet about when the counselling will get over. It should end in july last week or august first week. Last year the classes started from august first week so the counslling should end before it.

Yes you could expect 3rd round Counselling to happen as still there are seats left. As Cutoff I earlier rounds are higher so less students get into so yes there will be a 3rd round of Counselling. You should keep checking the official site for regular updates.

There is no such rule that they have to start classes in first week of August. There can be any administration or management problem in GGSIPU which is causing the delay you could expect the admission process to begin soon. And after the process gets over soon your classes will be started. You could expect classes to start in August itself.

As you have secured 48467 rank in the jee main it is good . So with your rank it seems some difficult you to get seat in the NITs  as the competition is high . If you belong to the north side states it seems some way to get seat in nit

Government and given a green signal to RML to start taking admission for MBBS from this year.  The college offers 100 seats as of now.

For SC category the reserved seats will be less than 20. And the rank difference is of almost 9000. 

And further cut off is going to increase this year. 

Keeping these facts in mind , you have very less chances of getting this college this year.
