Yes there is scholorship but it is only for the Ecconomically Backward people who are unable to pay the amount of fees 

If you want a scholorship then you may contact the respective fee department about this and they may give you scholorship on the basis of the marks schored in 1 year

Admissions depend a lot on category along with the rank a candidate secured. Your chances of selection in a government college is very less if you belong to general category. But you might have chances in private colleges. Keep visiting IPU website regularly for more details.

Yes, each and every college under IPU charges a University fee of 40,000 per year from the students. This fee is additional to the tuition fees. This fee is charged for the services provided by the university, like counselling, admission, exams, University event e.t.c.

The tuition fees are charged by the college for their functioning, like maintenance, Professors, etc.

These fees differ from college to college depending upon the facilities they provide.

Since you have not specified any category I'm stating everything for General category.

I'm sorry but 79.5 marks are not enough for getting into the main campus of GGSIPU. The cutoff stays near 124 for the main campus. The other colleges under GGSIPU which you might be able to get into are KCC College, Vivekananda College - Ghaziabad Campus, IIMT - Greater Noida.
