GGSIPU colleges are all private or co private so there is no govt college for BCA. The only govt. college in delhi for BCA is jamia millia islamia. No other govt colleges offers BCA.

It is to be noted that this year admission to all B.tech. programmes except biotechnology will be done on the basis of your JEE mains paper 1 score. There will be no IPU CET for all other B.Tech. programmes except biotechnology. It will be followed by GGSIPU counselling.

Cut Offs for B.Tech. through JEE mains 2019 paper 1 are expected to be released in the first week of July 2019. It will depend on the cutoff marks to select the candidates which are to be called for the counselling procedure. The GGSIPU will prepare and release cut offs for B.Tech. as opening and closing ranks for different categories and different B.Tech. programmes. I feel sorry to inform you that based on your rank which is more than 2 lacks, I think you are not going to get admission in any government colleges. As per as private institutions are concerned some take admission based on management quota ie. Direct admissions through donation, so if you can pay donations you can easily get a college.

IPU ie. Indraprastha university conduct it's own exam known as IPUCET(Indraprastha University common entrance test). So there is nothing like that ipu result will be on the basis of jee main which is an all India based exam and have nothing to do with ipu.

I see that you have got a decent rank in NIMCET 2019 i.e. 820in obc category and 2410 rank in general category. If i see previous year rank then i can say that it is possible for you to get a seat in NIT but not in nit trichy, nit surathkal, warangal, calicut. Except the top NIT you will get a seat in rest nit like nit agartala, durgapur,jamshedpur,raipur etc.

Hope you get a seat in 2nd roundif not then in 3rd round you should get.
