any possibility of reopening neet ug2021 ipu counselling again in January 2022 because I miss that ?

No, Ipu counseling registration will not occur again because it already opened twice. The first registration started before neet around 15 august.
And the second registration started some days before. Last date for registration has now been ended.
So I don't think they will open it again for the 3rd time.

The placement for CSE Branch in Chitkara University is very good. The companies here offer an average salary of INR 4.5LPA. The highest salary offered here to CSE students is nearly INR 29.3LPA.
So, going by the comparative analysis, you should prefer the CSE branch in Chitkara University.

In order to get admission in Indraprastha University , you need to give their own entrance test which is known as IPU CET.
The ranking that you get in that exam would determine which college you can get.
The cutoffs for outside Delhi students is usually higher than Delhi students.

If a candidate is satisfied with the allotted option in the counselling process, he/she can choose the freeze option which will mean that they don’t want to participate in subsequent rounds of counselling and are satisfied with the allotted seat. So once you freeze you will not be able to participate in spot 2 counselling. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has started the IPU BTech spot round counselling process. The IPU BTech 2021 counselling spot round registration is open December 2 to 6.

The officials have not yet declared the dates for B.Tech 2022 registrations. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIU) has started the IPU BTech spot round counselling. The IPU BTech 2021 counselling spot round registration is open from December 2 to 6. The IPU B.Tech admission 2021 is being done on the basis of JEE Main scores except for the Biotechnology which is through IPU CET exam. Except for Biotechnology course you will need to have good JEE Main score.
