These are the requirements for uploading a photo in ipu.
Passport size photograph :
should be of .JPEG/.JPG or.GIF format only and should be of less than 80 KB in size.
Postcard size photograph:
Less than 200 kb in size
Signature: Image should be of
.JPEG/.JPG or.GIF format only and should be of less than 80 KB in size.
Left hand thumb: Image should be of .JPEG/.JPG or.GIF format only and should be of less than 80 KB in size.

Answer lateri have entered wrong account number in ipu application form for nursing , i have also payed the counseling fees will it affect the counseling
If you have entered the wrong bank account number in your application form, then apparently you will not face much problem, but if you don't get a seat and want your seat booking fee back then the refund will not be received in your account since you have provided the wrong account. Apart from this there will not as such be any problem.

Yes, in IPU counselling the academic fees of 40000 rupees is refundable after deducting some amount of money. You can only get these fees refunded if you have not frozen this seat you were allotted to and if you have have not withdrawn the seat you will not get the refund.

You can capture picture of 11th and 12th marksheet and then convert them in pdf format and try to compress the file according to requirement.
Yes you have to write "CANCELLED" On a cheque and then upload it's photo(compressed form according to requirement)

i forget to lock my spot round choices counselling ipu btech 2021. Is there any risk as i have heard software automatically lock the choices?

Hope you are doing well. If you know that the system will autolock your filled in choices then there is nothing to worry. It's just that you must be sure of the order you have filled in. The last saved order will be automatically locked and you will be given seat on that basis only. So there's nothing much to worry.

Your counselling fees will not be refunded. You can get your 40,000 fees refunded only if you have not frozen the seat you've been alloted. In case you've not withdrawn the seat, your money won't be refunded.

As you have your seat in round 3 and alloted a college but you have not accept it even you are allowed for spot round counselling and if you allotted seat in spot round then it will not affected for your nonaccepting seat allotment in the round 3 . Get normally according to the merit for the seat allotment in spot round. There is no negative result for your prior grounds not accepting . Spot round and go for admission.in alloted seat in spot round.

Yes, you can get general seat. But you'll definitely get better college options under army quota as there is lot of vacant seat available. Even at worst cases you'll get college allotted under army quota so you don't have to worry about it.
If you don't get college allotted then wait for the counselling round there you will get admission under general category as no quota works in this round.
