Guwahati University has started the admission process to 5 years integrated PG and 2 years PG courses. Those candidates who have completed a bachelor's degree in a particular subject can apply for the entrance test conducted by the University. Based on the merit list and the rank list in entrance test candidates are called 4 admission process.

The will be 100 questions in which 70 of the are multiple choice questions and 30 are descriptive ones. Exams for 120 minutes.

Hope you are doing great. Guwahati University, also known as GU, is a collegiate public state university in Guwahati, Assam, India. It is the oldest university in Northeast India. The hostel's facilities are excellent.  The hostel facility for single bedroom for single bedroom and the pay for 3700 for double room. The Mess fees is different from this and it is around Rs. 1200- Rs. 1500 per Month. There are prefects who help the wardens (from within the hostel's walls). It has its own mess committee that operates on a profit-and-loss basis.

since your category is ST, the minimum marks required in jee mains according to the cut off of last year to get admission in GaUHATI UNIVERSITY is 39.80 . the cut off for this year is predicted to be 40 -45 for ST category.

the other eligibilty criteria for taking admission in gauhati university is :-

No there is no entrance exam to study M.A History in Guwahati University. Master of Arts (MA) in History is two-year duration full-time postgraduate course and it is offered by the Gauhati University, Guwahati. You will study similar chapters & similar information for a particular subject. So, you need not worry about that.
