It is difficult to predict exact cut off marks to get CSE branch in HBTU for 2018.
You should try to score more then 155 marks in JEE Main.

You should try to score more then 150 marks in JEE Main to get HBTU.
Cut off marks varies as per the branches as well.

ou need to score more than 160 marks in JEE Main to get HBTU in general category and more than 150 for OBC category.
Rs. 20,000 required in HBTU counseling is refundable or not like UPSEE counseling ???

You are not eligible for HBTU Kanpur and DTU Delhi as you need 75% marks in board exam to be eligible for HBTU and 60% marks to be eligible for DTU.
ICT Mumabi takes admission through MHTCET. You are eligible for PEC Chandigarh.
