You can still try and see as the cutoff varies every year for the reserved category. Candidates securing 300+ marks in ICAR AIEEA can treat their performance as a good score. The cutoff marks change every year. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, etc. According to previous years cutoff you have less chance to get seat in government colleges because BCA catagory candidate required at least 300 to 320 marks to take a government seat.

The ICAR cutoff depends on the number if candidates who wrote the exam , the difficulty level of the exam and the number of seats. Based on the previous year cutoffs this year the cutoff score for OBC is 430 and expected rank is 680. So I am afraid it will be difficult to get a desired government college seat for your rank. Maybe you can wait till the last round of counselling and see your options. The admission possibility also depends on the competition for the course you opt for. Different course or specializations have different cutoffs.Hence do attend the counselling .

Last year the following were the closing ranks of OBC category for various courses -

• B.Sc. Agriculture : 6146
• B.Sc. Community Science : 8656
• B.Sc. Forestry : 7223
• B.Sc. Horticulture : 7146
• B.Sc. Sericulture ( UR ) : 7367

So based on this, it is difficult for you to get a seat. But you should apply for counselling as cut off varies every year depending on a number of factors.

There are all total 75 colleges which accept this scores, if you want to get in agricultural courses. Under ICAR, there are myriad forms of courses, and all the courses have a different cut-off. With OBC rank 22,000 in ICAR, you can get the colleges depending on your course choice.

According to the cutoffs required this year , for SC category in order to get admission you need a score of 250-300 and above. Hence it looks like you have a low score and securing a seat in a government college would be very difficult . The seats are limited in most universities and the competition high , so you may apply and attend the counselling . Based on the seats available and the number of applicants you may get seat in low ranked college but your chances seems a little low.
