Yes you are eligible for indian army B.sc nursing as you have cleared your 12th - you must have minimum 55 % ( with physics, chemistry ,biology ,and English as mandatory subjects )
Date of birth :- you must be born between 1st october 1996 - 30th september 2004 are eligible
If your meeting this criteria then you can apply for it ...you dont need to worry about dropping 2years for neet .

The entrance test is conducted for 90 minutes in online mode with 150 MCQs from three sections(each consists of 50 marks) such as
General English
General Intelligence and

Directorate General of Medical Services (DGMS) on behalf of the Indian Army has conducted the MNS BSc nursing entrance test on July 28 in two shifts. The authorities had released the MNS admit card on July 14, 2021. Authorities will be going to adopt the process of normalization to release the final Indian Army BSc nursing scores. The result dates are yet to be announced and will be out soon. As the exam is just over a couple of days ago, the result dates are yet to be announced.

there are also certain medical fitness criteria to be met as in terms of X-Ray examination of Chest and USG (of abdomen & pelvis),
the minimum height should not be less than 148 cm, however relaxation by 5cm for candidates belonging to Western Himalayan region, Eastern Himalayan region and Scheduled Tribes,
