------------) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Eligibility criteria for Indian Army BSc nursing is given below :-

* educational qualification :- you  must  have passed 12th in the first attempt with physics, chemistry, biology, and english and must have got at least 50%  in 12th board exam as a regular student. Class 12th appearing students are also provisionally eligible.

*your date of birth must be between 1st October , 1996, to 30th September , 2004 inclusive of both days as per your class 10th certificate to be eligible for Indian Army BSc nursing 2021

* You should be a female and  unmarried. Also, divorcee, legally separated and widows are eligible.

* nationality :- you must be Indian citizen.

*phydical standard :- you will  be checked for the physical fitness as per standards set by commission in the Armed Forces, and for the same you will have to go through X-ray exam of chest and USG of abdomen & pelvis .

- ) height :- you should have height of at least 152 cm  while for Gorkhas and those belonging to North Eastern region of India, Garhwal and Kumaon needs a height of at least 148 cm.

*Mode of exam :- it is conducted in online mode i. e  it is Computer Based test

*Type of questions asked :- mcqs / Objective questions are asked

*Language :- the medium of examination is English

*number of sections :- There will be 3 sections :-

• General English,

• General Intelligence,

• Science ( physics chemistry and Biology)

*Total questions :- there will be a total of 150 questions in your Examination

* duration of the examination :- the examination is of 1 hour 30 minutes i. e 90 minutes

*marking scheme :-

• You get +1 mark for each correct answer

• There is no negative marking for wrong answers and questions not attempted

Directorate General of Medical Services (DGMS) on behalf of the Indian Army will conduct the MNS BSc nursing entrance test on July 28 in two shifts. Authorities have released the MNS admit card on July 14, 2021.  Indian Army BSc nursing exam admits only female candidates. Candidates who have passed class 12 examinations as a regular student with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as their core subjects are eligible to apply. The practice test for Indian Army B.Sc nursing is also released by the authorities.

Application form for Indian Army BSc Nursing for this year is already over, exam is scheduled to be on 28th July, you can appear for next year, nevertheless to brief you about this exam Directorate General of Medical Services is the competent authority regarding conducting this exam which is followed by interview and medical test,  the eligibility criteria is as follows-

Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with physics, chemistry, biology and english securing 50% aggregate, they are also required to meet the medical fitness criteria as in terms of X-Ray examination of Chest and USG (of abdomen & pelvis). The minimum height should not be less than 148 cm, however relaxation by 5cm for candidates belonging to Western Himalayan region, Eastern Himalayan region and Scheduled Tribes

Admission is done to 220 seats offered in six institutions of Pune/Kolkata/New Delhi/Bangalore/Asvini in the following colleges-

Indian Army B.Sc Nursing Entrance Examination 2021 is scheduled on July 28, 2021. The admit card will be available in the second week of July 2021 tentatively to download. The application process had started on February 17, 2021 and application window was closed on March 10, 2021. The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with English, Biology, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
