NCERT is enough for JEE mains but for JEE advanced you should refer other books as well.

you can buy a reference book name jd lee.

for advance you should buy a reference book cause the hardness level of advance questions of inorganic chemistry is much tough then jee. you can't tackle that question with NCERT book level. you have to study very hard and very deep inorganic chemistry for advance

Organic Chemistry by Morrison and Boyd is considered a decent book for JEE Chemistry, along with NCERT and Narendra Awasthi for Physical Chemistry.. now come to your options then i will suggest you jd Lee , it's enough and don't forget Ncert it's must for all the aspirant !

So, with regard of you're query. basically, most of the part chemistry in 11th and 12th grades deals with organic and inorganic chemistry. when, it compared with physical chemistry. most of the questions come from these two parts in chemistry in  JEE MAINS level. so, concentrate more on these parts. the physical chemistry is not much involved in these two parts of chemistry. Just know the formulae  in the physical chemistry. so, that you can answer the questions that are interlinked between both physical chemistry and these two parts..
