can an ews candidate from Kerala take an admission in jammu and kashmir govt medical college for mbbs in ews quota ??
Hope you are doing good
The answer for your question is yes
An ews student from kerela can take admission in jammu and kashmir University through ews quota.
the central government approved reservation for the OBC and EWS (Economically Weaker Section) categories within the All India Quota (AIQ) for NEET, the uniform entrance examination for medical and dental colleges across the country.
As per government regulations for NEET reservation criteria, 27% seats for OBC, 10% seats for EWS, 15% seats for SC and 7.5% seats for ST are reserved in Central Universities and state medical colleges.
So due to this you can get admission through ews quota anywhere in the country , as long as you score enough marks to get into those colleges

Hi aspirant,
When you sign a self declaration form, you are stating that you are not eligible for appearing for Counselling in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh and hence you are not eligible to see admission in MBBS, BDS, Aush courses of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. You are also mentioning that you do not hold the domicile of both Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. So you need to choose accordingly and select no if you belong to Jammu and Kashmir domicile.
Hope it helps!!
