Jammu and Kashmir
Hello,
Yes you can definitely do BCA. But there are so many colleges are offered which offered BCA course. So if you want to study BCA then you have to select State and location first. You can choose Maharashtra, you can choose Tamilnadu also you can choose West Bengal.
Then you have to choose which college you want to take admission. But before this you have to choose where you want to take admission..
I'm from West Bengal so I'll suggest you that you can come West Bengal for your studying. Because I've so many friends from Kashmir they are also choose kashmir but they are not studying BCA. But it's upto you , you can talk to your family then take dicison. After select the location you can ask college details from us. And almost every colleges provide Hostel facilities. So you don't face any problem for living..
All the best.
Dear aspirant ,
I don't think that would be allowed. You need to produce the domicile of Punjab otherwise you won't be eligible for the state quota even if i consider you have completed your 11th and 12th from Punjab. So I would recommend you to take out the domicile.

Hello Dear,
As per the given information on its official website EWS certificate is valid for only one financial year from the issue date. You can check the Department of revenue website of Jammu and Kashmir to check if the validity of EWS certificate is for one year or for six months. You have to show your EWS certificate only when you qualify the exam, so at the time of document verification (after declaration of result) it should be valid.
Good Luck
