The next one is The Jammu & Kashmir Reorganisation Act 2019, which reorganises Jammu and Kashmir into 2 Union Territories.This Act upheld the continuity of Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Act 2004 which means RBA reservation is still intact.

Now this is all 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. For a seat in 2020 under RBA, ALC or OSC, you need to score atleast 500-525.

A NEET score of 480+ will fetch you a mbbs seat in  jammu and kashmir as 100% J&K seats are reserved for state quota students.
