Your category rank must be within 4000 in order to get seat in Computer Science in NIT or IIITs. But you have chances of getting seat in the following institutes under EWS (Other state) category. Hope you are doing great. Looking at trends in CSE branch, yes, you are very likely to procure yourself a seat in CSE with this rank in IGIT Sarang. But you will not get parala Maharaj engineering college, brahmapur.

keonjhar government engineering college accepts OJEE only. Hope you gave that.

Taking admission under DEFENCE QUOTA in DTU should have a strong luck because there are very fewer number of seats under defence quota.

In Defence Quota some branch have 2-3 seats and some have 0 seats.

So in 85 percentile you have hard chances to get DTU under  DEFENCE QUOTA.
