Thank you
my name is different in adhar card then which name should i fill in the jee main application form (as in adhar or in 12th registration)
Dear aspirant,
Don't worry it won't create a trouble in your admissions through josaa counselling but I would suggest you to give the name which is actually correct irrespective of it is in aadhar card or in 12th admit card. Considering it will be right in your 12th admit card so give it that. It won't create any trouble during verification because this is all just a formality and these mistakes are very common things like name mistakes.
I filled JEE Main application form for Feb, March and April at once as Gen. Then I gave two attempts of JEE Main. Can I apply for the Gen-EWS now? If yes, and my Feb percentile is best of all, will the officials consider the EWS during admissions?
Hello Aspirant,
Unfortunately not. See if you have applied for February, March and April attempt of JEE-Main 2021 with General category then you will be considered as General candidate for these attempts and if you got your best result in any of the above mentioned attempts then your category will be considered as General even if you make correction for May attempt. Only for May attempt you will be considered as EWS candidate and you will be allotted EWS ranking and if it will be the best attempt than only you will be given EWS ranking and final result will be made on the basis of that score.

If I give my EWS certificate later after February session exam for jee main 2021 then my cutoff marks will be according to general category (CRL) or General(EWS) in February session?
hi,
see you would be counted as general ews category only if you have selected the option while filling the jee main form. due to covid 19 pandemic many of the students faced issue to collect the category certificate, at this case students have to fill a self declaration form and upload the certificate with in the stipulated time i.e before end of may 2021. so in case you have taken this self declaration option you would be counted as gen ews candidate, but make sure to upload the ews certificate on time.
does EWS is applicable on jee mains after February exam. I havent provided EWS certificate in February attempt?
Dear Student,
Yes, you can apply for ews certificate for JEE mains 2021 coming sessions if you have not applied before. You will form again for next session so you don't need to worry because when you fill form again you can apply for ews category
Thanks

Hello Aspirant,
See first of all if your category certificate is of similar format available on the official website of JOSAA ( https://josaa.nic.in/WebInfo/Page/Page?PageId=1&LangId=P ) then there is no need to edit that but if it does not matches from it then you have to re-upload the correct format and this can be done during JEE-Main 2021 Application correction window which will be active from January 19th to January 21st for February '21 attempt.
