I scored 349 in neet 2021 from st category.can I get government medical seat in Jharkhand?
Hello,
Based on last year cut-offs under state quota, 345 marks secured seat in Patliputra Medical College, Dhanbad belonging to ST Category, hence based completely on previous year data you may have chances for GMC, however cut-offs vary every year based on various factors such as seat matrix, reservation, number of candidates appearing for the examination, toughness level of NEET etc, go through previous year cut-offs for Jharkhand at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-jharkhand

Can I take admission in 2nd year for degree in NIT TRICHY or IIIT HYDERABAD after completing graduation in private college of Jharkhand ? Can I do B.Tech after completing BCA ( Bacheloer of Computer Application ) ?
Hello,
I hope you are doing well, Yes you can take admission in BTech after completing BCA but it would not be worth pursuing after BCA because after BCA what you should do is MCA or MBA. As BTech is also Under Graduate Degree and once you complete BCA which is also the undergraduate degree It would be like wasting your 3 years in BCA. What you should do now is that you should prepare for NIMCET so that you can appear for MCA Entrance exam. Through this you will get admission in NIT's. If you want to pursue higher studies then rather looking for BTech you should prepare for MCA which will be Masters Degree. Although MCA is equivalent to BTech but still you will be having 2 degrees- one of Under Graduate and One of Post Graduate.
I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.
Good Luck
if i get 454 marks in neet 2021 how much chance i have to get mbbs govt seat or should i try for another year govt college domicile jharkhand or should i apply for all india councelling
I hope you are doing well. Your score is good but it is difficult to get government medical college for mbbs in these marks. If you want to give chance to yourself and want to try next year then you should do it. Hope you get selection in mbbs.
I hope this information is helpful for you. Wish you a bright future.
I get 66k rank in jee main in OBC category and i am domicile of Jharkhand can i get addmission in BIT Sindri?
Hello Harsh. You mentioned you belong to OBC-NCL category, you are a domicile of Jharkhand and want to know your chances to get admission at BIT Sindri, Dhanbad. Well, it is quite difficult to predict whether you have chances to get admission at BIT Sindri, Dhanbad as every year cutoff changes significantly. All I say is for getting admission in this college, one must secure around 86 percentile in JEE mains, if he/she belongs to OBC category while if someone desires to grab a seat at trending streams like ECE, CSE or EEE, his/her percentile should be around at least 95 (for General) and 90 (for OBC).
Nevertheless, I have provided the list of 2020 JEE Main Cutoff Rank (prescribed for admission to various streams for OBC candidates) below:
- Chemical Engineering - Cutoff Rank - 112091
- Civil Engineering - Cutoff Rank - 100457
- Computer Science and Engineering - Cutoff Rank - 53779
- Electrical Engineering - Cutoff Rank - 72883
- Electronics and Communication Engineering - Cutoff Rank - 64831
- Information Technology - Cutoff Rank - 58871
- Mechanical Engineering - Cutoff Rank - 81896
- Metallurgical Engineering - Cutoff Rank - 91702
- Mining Engineering - Cutoff Rank - 102622
- Production Engineering - Cutoff Rank - 120508
Please note that all the mentioned cutoff ranks are All India CRL Ranks of JEE (Main) 2020.
If we follow this above table and compare them with your grade card then it is less likely for you to get admission at BIT Sindri, Dhanbad as your performance is not up to the mark.
I have also listed the JEE-Main 2021 cutoffs required to be marked as qualified for JEE-Advance 2021 below :
- Common Rank List (CRL) - 87.8992241-100.0000000 Percentile

Hello Aspirant,
It seems that you are asking for JEE-Main as your profile shows that you are an engineering aspirant, if not then please mention the correct one in the comment section below.
Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General.
According to the percentile you have mentioned your CRL rank is expected to be in the range of 30690 - 34500 , you can check out marks Vs CRL ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-

Or
You can also use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your rank :-

Good Luck for your future!!
does st.xaviers kolkata needs cast certificate??? i m from jharkhand
Dear Student,
if you want the benefit of your caste the definitely you need to submit the caste certificate and it doesn't matter from where you belong. If you have the caste certificate then submit that otherwise you will be counted as general candidate. And one thing you need to do that is create the new one because every institute ask only for the new one.
Good Luck !!!

Hi Gungun,
Although it might seem to be an extremely small mistake, it is always advisable to leave no stones unturned because lot of times what happens is communication is automated and in this case problems might creep in.
Therefore, although chances for problems to creep in for the mistake you have made is very less, why take a chance? Since the correction window is already over, do contact the helpdesk if possible.
Hope this helps.
