Analysing the previous year data, you have low chances of getting into IIITs and NITs. You may get a seat in NIT under the Home State Quota. You can try there. Apart from this, you can get many good private colleges with this percentile.
You can check the cut-off ranks of all the NITs from the link given below:

Hey,
Yes, you can do Telangana State Counselling as this state allows non domicile students to take management quota seat. Outside state students are of Category B. You need to keep a check on the official site of Telangana Counselling for registration of Category B students.
You may get management quota seats in the following dental colleges in Telangana -
- Kaminemi Institute of Dental Sciences
- Mamata Dental College
- Meghana Institute of Dental Sciences
- Malla Reddy Institute of Dental Sciences
- SVS Dental College

chance of govt. college belongs to jharkhand general cat expected 560 or any low fees pvt. college in aiq
Hello Aspirant,
See it is little bit difficult to suggest that whether you will get seat in any government college or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
But if we check out previous years NEET cut-off trends in Jharkhand then there are almost no chances for you to get seat in any of the GMCs , the reason being is last year the lowest cut-off marks was 580 for Patliputra Medical college, Dhanbad under Home State quota for General category.
But yes with such marks you can get government seats in some of the private colleges of different states through All India Quota.
You can check the previous years cut-offs through the link given below :-

I have studied in rajasthan from class 8 to 12 and my he and birth place is jharkhand so can i get the 85 percent seat quota in neet in rajasthan
Hello Student
The domicile concept in Neet is that you should have given the exam of the class 12 in the state for which you are applying as the State Quota .
It mainly does not depend on the state you are born in .I give you an example as the best medical collages are there in New Delhi so many students apply for Delhi quota as their domicile by giving class 12 in the state Delhi.
You can also read the below article to better know about the Domicile Criteria:-
