Jharkhand State of open school is real board. It is registered under Jharkhand government and so it is a state government university.

Hello aspirant, as you mentioned that your domicile and Category certificate are not of the same state.

But If you want to seats in State quota of your respective state than you must have residential and caste certificate both certificate must be issues  of same state. You can apply from CSC of your locality.

Firstly congrats for such a good score. CCM medical college, Durg is a private medical college in Chhattisgarh. So to take admission in CCM Medical college you need to apply through state counselling of Chhattisgarh but its not possible for you to apply through state counselling of Chhattisgarh because you are having domicile of Jharkhand and private colleges are not included in All India Counselling.

So if you eagerly want to take admission in CCM medical college , then the only option left with you is to take admission through management quota.
