sir, i got 28450 rank in wbjee, general category, Im from jharkhand. which college and branch i will get? will i get Cse, Ece, IT at this rank in top 15 college under wbjee??
Hi aspirant,
WBJEE was conducted on February 2 this year and now the result has been announced. You have obtained 28450 rank and don't have West Bengal home state quota. Based on this rank you would not get top government colleges under WBJEE unless you belong to reserved categories.
Nevertheless you can check the following link to know which branch and college you are getting based on the rank obtained:

All the best.
sir, I got 28450 rank, general category, Im from jharkhand, which college i will get and which branch. will I get IT, ECE Or CSE branch in top 15 any college?
Generally these cutoffs and all are pretty Volatile figures changing each and every year due to various reasons.
But in general if you consider previous year cutoffs then you can get NIT Jamshedpur(Home state) but a lower branch such as Mettalurgy. Chances of getting EE is well and good but not ECE or CSE.
All the best!!
how do I get admission in BIT sindri dhanbad? I am a jharkhand domicile
Dear Aspirant,
BIT Sindri admission is totally based on JCECE conducted by JCECE board constituted by government of jharkhand.BIT Sindri admission is totally based on their rank in JCECE.Eligibility criteria for admission is candidate must get minimum 40% aggregate in class 12 ( 40% for reserved categories) with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects, and chemistry or biology as an optional subject.
Thank you.
i m a general candidate scoring 315 can i get the rims through AIQ or can i get any govt college in jharkhand
Hello,
With 315 marks, your expected rank will be 259300 - 299450, it's very difficult to fetch a seat in GMC with these marks for General Candidates, in 2019 the least marks to secure a GMC seat in Jharkhand was 580 marks for Patliputra Medical college(Dhanbad), and AIQs cut-offs are higher than state quotas, you can try for private colleges or deemed university,cut-offs change every year and based on various factors like top NEET score, difficulty level of paper, number of candidates appearing etc.You can use our NEET College Predictor to know more about admission possibilities in various colleges; https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Will I get Katihar Medical College, Bihar if I am scoring 530 In Neet 2020 under General Category? I dont have a state domicile as Im from Jharkhand
Hey there!
As you don't have the domicile of the BIhar, then you are not eligible for the 85% state quota seats, therefore you will have to apply through the 15% All india quota, usually the cut off for the All india qouta seats are higher than the state quota seats. But with your neet score of 530, given the trend in the cut offs, you do have chance of getting admission the Katihar Medical college, but again nothing can be predicted with surety.
To get better idea of government, private colleges or deemed universities you can get into, you can use the neet college predictro tool. here's the link - https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-all-india-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
What is the chances of getting a government medical colleges in Jharkhand with 573 marks General EWS quota ?
Hi
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 573 marks you hold a very good chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
In neet 2019, 561 marks for EWS category got a seat in Patliputra Medical college, Dhanbad which is Government Medical College, under Jharkhand state quota

Im scoring 540 In NEET 2020, Gen Category from Jharkhand. What will be my AIR and Do I have a shot at any gov MBBS or Private MBBS college in Kerala/ Karnataka/ Bihar/UP ?
Hello Aspirant,
According to the marks you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 29,000-40,000. See it is little bit difficult to guide you with the exact name of colleges because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as number of candidates appearing in an examination, number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of paper and so on.
But although according to the marks you have mentioned in the question you have very low or almost no chances of getting into Government Medical Colleges in the asked states because the admissions to MBBS courses in GMCs for other state candidates are made through All India Quota counselling against 15% seats of All India quota and the cut-offs are higher but yes you have good chances for Private colleges and Deemed Universities. Note that this prediction is on the basis of previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the links given below :-
