According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you have very lower or even no chances of getting BIT Sindri as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

Now regarding the Colleges that you may have a shot at Dental Institute Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences, Ranchi. GMCs are a tad difficult with this score. there are very less chance of you to get into bit sindri as per your jee mains ranking and percentile .however i cannot say the exact figures as cutoffs can vary a lot depending upon various factors till then you have to wait for the counselling . you an use the college predictor to know more about the colleges you can get

BIT, Sindri does not accept JEE Main score the admission is done based on merit in Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) conducted by JCECE Board. Candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational  with minimum 45% aggregate and for reserved categories it is 40% aggregate from a recognized board.
