If you are getting college from 1st round then it's good. But you can't take admission this college then you have to go for 2nd round counselling.

If you are getting any college from 2nd round counselling then good but if you are not getting any college from 2nd round then the 1st round college is open for you dear.

If you are unable to cancel your seat through website/online, I would suggest you to contact the counselling authorities and ask for the procedure of seat cancellation. However, KEA has strictly mentioned that The candidates have to cancel the seat through online and through a single-window system by using the log-in portal only.

If you have paid the fee to the college and has taken admission in it, then you must contact the college authorities to cancel the seat.

KEA conducts Karnataka DCET exam for diploma holders. To write this exam, candidates must have atleast 45% in all subjects of final year of diploma. Also, they must have atleast 2 week work experience in any government or private organization. Visit here for more information:

There is no specific website made for the Ayush Counselling Process by the Karnataka Examination Council, but you can visit the official website http://kea.kar.nic.in/ for all relevant information and Admission details.

Some of the private Institutions do not take direct admission through the Ayush counselling process, so if you want to take admission in such colleges you have to contact them individually to know about the terms and conditions for admission.

No after the second you will not get refund. Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced seat allotment for round 2 of Karnataka PGCET counselling.   Candidates must note that Karnataka PGCET 2020 counselling will solely based on merit list prepared by the authorities on the basis of score in GATE/ PGCET. Candidates will be able to apply for admission either through GATE or PGCET. Students who will be allotted a seat in any round must download the provisional seat allotment letter and visit the allotted institute within the given due date and time.

A candidate have to fulfill the criteria of domicile in order to apply for KEA MBBS admission for the Government seats. Candidates who have passed class XI and XII from an institute located in Karnataka and studied in Karnataka for minimum of 7 years are eligible for the domicile. So, as per your question, the candidate will be eligible for the state counselling for government quota seat for MBBS.

Your score is low in your category also. But you can get private BAMS college for admission. You can go for mopup round. If you don't get any college then you can apply private BAMS colleges in management quota seat. You will get your seat easily i guess in Karnataka state.
