Reporting at allotted institutes and downloading of admission order for KCET Second extended round was supposed to be over on 30th December so if you did not go to the allotted institute the seat will automatically be cancelled but your entire counselling fee will be forfeited (in case you cancel your seat before last date of option entry for second extended round your money will be refunded after deducting Rs 5000 as a processing fee ). i got dental seat under kea counselling if i cancel that seat am i elligible for stray vacant seat counselling am i elligible to particepate in this round if i cancel dental seat
After accepting the seat if you decide to cancel the seat, you will have to let go the security bond if you wish to attend the stray round. If the counselling process for dental colleges is over, you will unfortunately have to pay the fees of the entire course of five years.

As per the Kcet seat allotment procedure, if a candidate cancels the seat after second extended round then the full fee will be forfeited. And the seat is not canceled until the candidate returns the original admission order, verification slip, green card and challan receipt. For more information you can go through this link

how to participate in stray vacancy round,on which website should i register,or i should go to different different website for different clgs.for eg. if i want clg in mumbai or pune i should go to MHCET site or for banglore clgs i shLd go to KEA website or only single website that is MCC.nic.in?
The MCC website works only to fill the 15% seats reserved for the ALL india quota. So to fill the rest of the 85% of the seats in the medical or dental colleges you have to register on the respective state websites. This is the only way to take part in the state counselling.
I paid kea fees but I want to cancel my seat so the amount will be refunded or not by department

There are terms and conditions in cancellation of seats in KEA .
The candidates have to cancel the seat through online and through a single-window system by using the log-in portal only.
2. Seat cancellation cannot be done through e-mail or messages. Such request will not be considered.
3. Candidates have to select the appropriate link for the cancellation of a seat and complete the procedure for cancellation of a seat.
4. After cancelling through online candidates have to download cancellation order compulsorily.
5. Refund amount if any, will be refunded directly to the bank account provided by the candidate in -2020 online application.
i have gotten a seat under SNQ in 2nd round but i am not satisfied with the college hence i went with choice 2 by keeping this seat on hold and paying the kea fees. Will this seat retain if i dont manage to get a better in the next round? Also, By this seat i mean SNQ seat

It's a simple process which is followed in the counselling rounds when it comes to seat allotment and acceptance. As you have already been allotted a seat in the counselling round and have been provided with the options to either freeze or slide your choice is for the next round it means that it is c ertain that you will get a confirm seat at the end of these rounds.
The only thing which you need to do is that whether you are satisfied with the current allotted sear, or you want to go for a chance to get a better seat in the further rounds but it depends only on the availability of vacant seats.

See on such marks and category you have good chances of getting government quota seat in some medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-
